Refund policy
Habitude Paper Co.'s return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or an exchange.
For custom or personalized items, we do not accept returns.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
For items that are faulty, or damaged upon receiving the item we will gladly provide an exchange or refund at a price listed on your receipt.

Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, or any time that is returned more than 30 days will be considered for a refund/exchange on a case-by-case basis.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your returned item with an approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method in 3-5 business days.
Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be returned for a refund. All sale items are final.
Shipping back your return
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your items.
